SHIPPING
NOKACHOCOLATE.com is open for business every day of the year. All of our shipments are insulated from temperature
extremes and we utilize frozen gel packs during warmer months to ensure our chocolate arrives in pristine condition. As all
shipments require signature for receipt, it is best to ship to a place of business to ensure someone is available to sign. If you
are shipping to a residential address, please make sure that someone will be available on the estimated delivery date to sign
for receipt. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
United States & Canada
We only ship via overnight and 2-day courier to ensure you receive your order quickly and in perfect condition. Transit
times vary depending on location. Please see the below chart for our standard delivery schedule (excluding holidays):
All orders placed after 3 pm CST, Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day (i.e. an order placed at 5 pm CST on
Monday, will ship on Tuesday, for delivery on Wednesday (Overnight) or Thursday (2-Day)).
* Ship and Delivery dates are estimates only and do not take into account holidays. Actual delivery times may vary.
** Additional delivery fee applies for Saturday delivery. Please choose "SATURDAY DELIVERY" shipping option during checkout.
Otherwise, your order will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. Not available to all destinations.
International
For international deliveries (deliveries outside the United States and Canada) please contact us for specific details.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
For online orders we accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover®. Sorry, we do not accept checks or
money orders.
SALES TAX
State sales tax of 8.25% will be levied on orders shipped to addresses in Texas.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 6% will be levied on orders shipped to Canada.
PERISHABILITY
Our truffles and chocolates are the purest chocolates in the world. No preservatives, additives or artificial ingredients are
used. As such, they are perishable and should be stored in a cool (60 – 68F), dry (40 – 50% Humidity) place. Do not
refrigerate. Our truffles are best if enjoyed within seven days of receipt and our chocolates are best if enjoyed within
thirty days of receipt.
AVAILABILITY
From time to time products listed on this website may be unavailable for order. If you have ordered a product that is
unavailable, we will endeavor to promptly notify you. In the event we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to
either adjust your billing amount to exclude the unavailable product, or we will substitute the unavailable product with
other product having an equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
